Self-reliance

After reading the ideas expressed in "Self-Reliance", I have come to believe that self-reliance is the most important factor in my past and future life.
Emerson believes that a man should not be what he is not. "There is a time in every man's education when he arrives at the conviction that envy is ignorance; that imitation is suicide." If a man is envious of other people, he will ignore all merits of himself. If a man imitates other people, he will lose his identity - like suicide. It is common to find a woman like me envious of other people. I am jealous if a girl in the class is more beautiful than I. I am jealous if a classmate gets a higher score on tests. I am jealous if my neighbor has a better car. But as I always find out, when I praise the girl, people will say "you are beautiful, too"; when I praise the classmate, people will say "remember you got a higher score last time"; when I praise the car of the neighbor, people will say "he spent five thousand bucks more on that car than you did on yours". There is always a "the better side" of myself, which I cannot see because it is hindered by my own jealousy. Imitation is the result of jealousy.
"Self-Reliance" is a great article to me, though it was written more than a hundred years ago. It explains some of my past experiences, how I ignored myself by imitating others, and how I regained my self-confidence. It tells me that I should never give up before I try, I should never imitate others and lose myself. Moreover, it also shows me a brand new side of my life. I should trust myself and believe in my own thoughts, instead of caring about what others do. I should live a happy life according to my free will. Life will educate and nourish me. I should seek the peace and joy inside myself. "To believe your own thought, to believe that what is true for you in your private heart is true for all men, -- that is genius." I will strive for my own faith and my own goals, through self-reliance.

T'naak Festival

lThe province of south cotabato celebrates every year T’nalak festival. Many events are made during this festival. Some of this are the “Mutya ng South cotabato”, Street Dancing etc. Also some guest who attended and join the celebration.

When the T’nalak Festival is getting over, parade had been performed on the streets, dancing on the same music and after the parade they performed at the sports complex. There are many people have been enjoyed in the said event, many says that it is good than last year. We are hoping that next year that it would be comfortable by now. Also the help of security to minimize some incidents of battle and other.

What if?

What if I sleep for 100 years?
Would still the world be the same?

What if I have an extra ordinary power?
Could I save the world by my own?

What if I am already one of the famous scientists?
Would I have a part in the development of the world?

What if I did not exist?
Is there would be some-one would have replace me?

What if I was born in deferent place?
Would I still be present in this place?

What if I will be a millionaire?
Would my life be different to other?

What if I lost my memory?
Is there being someone who can make it back?

Life is Beautiful

In the first part of the movie, it tells about the love story of Guido and Dora. Guido is a waiter working in a hotel. He always get bump into his principesssa which is Dora. Guido rescues Dora from marrying the town clerk. After five years he owns a bookstore he manage with wife and son Joshua. It's almost the end of World War II, but that’s makes the position of Jewish-Italians all more precipitous.
In the second part it is when the Germans come to take away Guido and his son. His wife, not being Jewish, choose to go along. All of the Guido ask Joshua to do are in the interest of saving Joshua.
The movie is excellent for families to watch together, to discuss not just the historical trial that work but challenges that parents face when they see their children learn about tragedy and unfairness

HAPPINESS & SADNESS

Life is indeed a long journey. We are taken by wheels which are driven by you. In this life, we see two trails to follow, happiness and sadness. The choice is in you alone. Taking a wrong path is a big downfall in your life. Experiencing this makes you sense many negative feelings. Sadness is among them. It is a grief or being melancholic, depressed and the desire to be alone. You'll never wish to be sad. But we can't really get rid of it. This is maybe the result of bad things which happened to you, due to some mistakes, failures and wrong decisions. As a person, a careful analysis on everything you do is necessary to avoid this. There's no way to get out of this situation unless you go back to your trail and follow the right way. The right way I refer to is the way to happiness. it is a sensation which springs from the enjoyment of good pleasures without pain. A happy man is a just man. So they say. Just bear in mind only those things which would make your life enjoyable. Think of others, too. These will help you find the right way and to be able to finish it successfully. Life without virtue is a life with no happiness.
